What does a typical class look like?

We’ll start with a gentle warm connecting breath to movement, setting a strong foundation for our hour together. 

Once we’ve got our juices flowing, we’ll do some standing warrior sequences to build heat in the body - emphasizing stability and safety.

We’ll lead up to a peak posture that is determined for YOUR personal needs or goals.

From there we’ll wind down and end class in savasana. This important + rejuvenating pause allows your mind and body to integrate the benefits of your practice. 

Reiki will be infused into the practice if you’re open to it, and can be facilitated throughout your savasana

NO! I’d love to be a gateway to your budding yoga journey. I'm a huge fan of using props and modifications in my own practice and will never encourage you to do anything you’re uncomfortable with.

 I’m available for private OR group classes. I can host you in my living room in East Hollywood, we can link up at a park, I can come to you, or we can flow virtually. I’m flexible (see what I did there ;) )
