After last night’s reiki, I woke up so refreshed, had slept so peacefully and soundly and felt truly lighter this morning! I truly cannot thank you enough, it has been the biggest gift.

We’ll start seated and gently warm up with embodiment movements.
Once we’ve got our juices flowing, we’ll do a few sun salutations to bring more heat and movement into our practice.
We’ll lead up to a peak pose that is determined for YOUR personal needs or goals.
From there we’ll wind down and end class in an extended savasana.
